In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his pure progeny, especially the leader of the righteous and commander of the faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him).
Respected scholars, dear students, honorable audience: To speak of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is to speak of a truth before which intellects bow and hearts tremble in awe. He is the one about whom the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) said:
“I am the city of knowledge, and Ali is its gate.” And also: “Ali is with the truth, and the truth is with Ali.”
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) was the first to believe in the Prophet, the first to pray in Islam, and the foremost defender of divine revelation. Raised in the house of prophethood, he reached the summit of spiritual insight under the shadow of divine guidance. His knowledge was not derived from worldly experience, but from the fountain of revelation; and his worship was not habitual, but born of profound love and understanding of the Lord of the worlds.
On the battlefield, he was the Lion of God; in the prayer niche, he wept in nightly devotion. As a ruler, he was the embodiment of justice; in his home, a compassionate father and devoted husband. He would carry bread on his shoulders at night, delivering it to the homes of orphans and the needy—without revealing his identity.
The sermons of Nahj al-Balagha testify to his depth of thought and eloquence, while his letters to Malik al-Ashtar stand as enduring documents of Alawi governance—built upon ethics, justice, and human dignity.
Today, we as students and seekers of knowledge must think like Ali, act like Ali, and stand firm like Ali in the path of truth. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is not merely the Imam of the Shia; he is the model of the complete human being for all free souls across the world.
In conclusion, we ask Allah Almighty to count us among the true followers of this noble Imam, and to grant us the blessing of knowing, loving, and emulating his radiant path.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم الحمد لله رب العالمین، و الصلاة و السلام علی سیدنا محمد و آله الطاهرین، لا سیما سید الوصیین، و امام المتقین، علی بن ابیطالب علیهالسلام.
حضار گرامی، علمای محترم، طلاب عزیز؛ سخن گفتن از امیرالمؤمنین علی علیهالسلام، سخن گفتن از حقیقتی است که عقلها در برابر عظمتش خاضعاند و دلها در برابر نورانیتش خاشع. او کسی است که پیامبر اکرم صلیالله علیه و آله دربارهاش فرمود:
«أنا مدینة العلم و علیٌ بابها» و فرمود: «علیٌ مع الحق و الحق مع علی»
امیرالمؤمنین علیهالسلام، نخستین مؤمن به پیامبر، نخستین نمازگزار در اسلام، و نخستین مدافع وحی بود. او در خانهی نبوت پرورش یافت، و در سایهی وحی، به قلهی معرفت رسید. علم او، نه از تجربهی بشری، بلکه از سرچشمهی نبوت بود؛ و عبادتش، نه از روی عادت، بلکه از عمق معرفت و عشق به ربالعالمین.
در میدان نبرد، شیر خدا بود؛ در محراب عبادت، اشکریزان شبهای تهجد؛ در حکومت، عدالتگستر بینظیر؛ و در خانه، پدری مهربان و همسری وفادار. او کسی بود که شبانه نان بر دوش میگرفت و به خانهی یتیمان و نیازمندان میبرد، بیآنکه کسی بداند این نانآور کیست.
خطبههای نهجالبلاغه، گواهی است بر عمق اندیشه و بلاغت او؛ و نامههایش به مالک اشتر، سندی است از سیاست علوی، که بر پایهی اخلاق، عدالت و کرامت انسانی بنا شده است.
امروز، ما طلاب و اهل علم، باید علیوار بیندیشیم، علیوار عمل کنیم، و علیوار در مسیر حق ایستادگی کنیم. علی علیهالسلام، نه فقط امام شیعیان، بلکه الگوی انسان کامل برای همهی آزادگان جهان است.
در پایان، از خداوند متعال مسئلت داریم که ما را از پیروان حقیقی آن حضرت قرار دهد، و توفیق شناخت، محبت و تبعیت از سیرهی نورانیاش را به ما ارزانی دارد.
