In the hot desert of Karbala, the sun shines on a small group. They do not fight for power . they stand for truth. Their leader is Imam Husayn. His face is bright like the moon. His heart is strong like steel. The enemy army is large, but Imam stays. He calls his people to stand for honor and freedom. On the night before the battle, he speaks with love and courage. He says his friends can leave, but they stay. They stay because they believe. In the morning, drums of war sound. One by one, his friends go to the field. Young Qasim smiles and rides. Brave Ali Akbar shouts and fights. Imam Husayn stands alone at the end. His body has many wounds, but he does not stop. When he falls, the swords stop not from fear, but from shame.
